Conditions for Permission: 1. The ship must be owned by a Chinese citizen, juridical person, government and others organizations that own and manage the ship on behalf of a juridical person. The capital ratio of Chinese citizen must comply with the rules of Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Governing the Registration of Ships. 2. The ship must be in sailable conditions and should acquire qualification from the ship inspection agency. 3. The ship should not have dual nationality or two or more than two ports of registry. 4. The ship must have name ratified by the maritime safety administration. 5 The ship must have registration of ownership. 6 The registrant of the ship-nationality must be the ship-owner.
Examination and Approval Authority: Licensing certificate and validity of city level; certificate of registry of 5 years validity; certificate of registry.
Charge: 1. 100 yuan for the original copy Certificate of Registry 2. 25 yuan copy of Certificate of Registry
